Bio
Hugh Jackman, de son nom complet Hugh Michael Jackman, et né le 12 octobre 1968 à Sydney (Australie) est, à la base, diplômé en journalisme de l’University of Technology de Sydney.
Il étudie par la suite la comédie à la Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, avant de débuter, en 1995, devant la caméra dans une série télévisée australienne. Il fera ses débuts sur grand écran en 1998 et connaîtra rapidement un grand succès deux ans plus tard grâce à X-Men, le premier film de la saga. Il enchaînera ensuite plusieurs films avec plus ou moins de succès et dans des registres différents faisant de lui un acteur complet et accompli.
En 2013, il sera à l’affiche du très attendu The Wolverine entre autres films.
